Ridiculous charge for postage at nearly £12 , paid for 2 lots of postage and items were crammed into one small package and extremely creased upon receipt. Note in photos the size of just one pillow never mind two and the ridiculous size of the unsuitable packaging!! Pillows are crushed and creased and look awful, so much so am not giving as the gift I planned too. Requested goodwill refund on postage , to no avail. Could return item , and get refund of return postage but I’m not bothering!!

It was not fit for UK standards and dangerous for young children which it was bought for, and has taken weeks to deliver. I have been in touch with the seller who was not helpful 😕 and didn't supply a return label, to return it would cost as much as the rubbish cost to buy.
