The necklace was described as a Swarovski but when it arrived, there were no markings or insignia indicating it is a genuine Swarovski piece. No Swan or numerical marking. Is of poor quality. After contacting seller, they were nice enough to agree to a full refund and I sent the item back to them immediately. I will post an updated review for this seller once I receive the refund.
