initially the head set received was faulty, however, once the supplier was notified, he waisted no time and replaced it in no time with a good one and the package arrived within two days. great services

item was packaged badly. two of the three small devices had pins puncturing the envelope and were bent. was very lucky that the delivery company didn't reject due to being a danger having small/sharp metal pins exposed. Straightening of the legs did however resolve the issue and all three devices worked normally therefore taking it as a win. seller should be more careful shipping electronics in the future though. it was ultimately a good transaction.
