My machines arrived damaged. One had a deep scratch through the lid. The other was dented from a potential drop. They were well packaged so it's likely the damage was there prior to shipping. The motherboards weren't the same as the photos, nor were the cases. The seller should have confirmed if substitute machines were acceptable; in most cases they would have been but in this one, I needed exactly what was pictured. My return request was accepted quickly, the seller took full account ability.
