The item is very reasonably priced and the delivery time is very good, however, it is not possible to fit adult shoes into any of the 16 pockets and as it is advertised as shoe storeage it is not fit for this purpose. The vendor's communication is excellent when contacted to discuss returns, I was offered the chance to keep the item with a 50% discount.

Had a little issue with delivery but not due to the seller, contacted the seller who did responded quickly and was in the process of contacting the courier when the courier turned up 2 days after they had marked it as delivered. Great little item well worth the price even with postage for such a small item. Exactly what is described and intact probably better than it appears in the picture.
