    Finally an adapter that really works

    The rode vxlr plus small made of metal with an unnecessary clip able to take 48 volt phantom power and convert down to 3 to 5 volts for use with a handheld or livelier microphonespecially designed and made for the use of microphones that uses TRS tip ring sleeve and requiring between 3 and 5 volts and it works as expected not much to pay just $25 for this little miracle adapter 3 pin XLR to 3.5 mm phantom power rode vxlr adapter

    Rode vxlr+ adaptor ..

    Product worked, but there was a hum introduced into the headset .. not sure if it went out the stream but it sure did put a noticeable hum in the headphones. This was when plugged into a mixer with 48v phantom power.
