I purchased a JTRS from this seller and it has small defects inside the shoe. I contacted the seller and they refused to acknowledge the defects; the seller called me petty for bringing it to their attention. I requested a return, and they called me pathetic for doing so. I informed the seller I wouldn't buy from them again, and the seller responded, "I don't care if you buy from me again". I had to contact eBay. This is why I'm giving the negative review.
