I've rated this as a positive experience but what I am actually rating is my experience with the seller. Sadly despite being really well packaged the lamp was crushed during transit and arrived broken. I contacted the seller immediately and received a refund within a matter of hours. I am devastated not to have the lamp as I already have an identical one and wanted this one to match it, which it would have done as I could see it would have been in perfect condition had it been in one piece.
