I didn't receive the item. However it doesn't have anything to do with the seller. It's showing as delivered but I live in a small block of flats. It literally has one letter box. I was out at the hospital the day it says it was delivered for tests and a brain cancer mri. So I was out all day. If it was delivered... I certainly didn't get it myself. As I say though, the seller was very understanding when I didn't get it.
