avoid this seller like the plague bought 2 silentnight airmax 800 toppers off him at a price of £71.66 for 2 said that they had been posted 10 days later no toppers asked for tracking number twice never posted looked on his site gone up to £112.66 for 2 that is why he did not post them told me it would take 20 days to sort it out with the courier got my money back off ebay most sellers are great on ebay but sellers like this should be banned or tought a lesson by ebay so they don't keep doing it

Some buyers think because we sell products, we have the power to change how shipping companies operate. The product we shipped went missing. Our money gone pending the courier review. irrespective of that, we still refunded this buyer but buyer is not happy Its impossible these days to please people.

i went through ebay to get refunded seller did not post in the first place as i asked him for proof of postage or tracking number which he could not produce if you look at his negative feedback there are others who said he did not send there items and then put the price up just do not buy of him

1. Offers free post
2. Claims despatch of item
3, Delivery fails
4. Is unable to provide delivery tracking because he used cheapest postal method
5. offer to chase Royal Mail (with out tracking ticket) This will take 20 days to complete
6. Instructs you to claim a refund if you cannot wait 20 days
7. Reposts your (non dispatched) item on ebay at a higher price - selective profiteering
