Extremely excellent communication and seller was able to provide me a service that other sellers could not provide. Item was packaged well and arrived early. Package contained two cards in card sleeves. The cards were placed inside a plastic wrapper, put inside cardboard for support, and wrapped in bubble wrap for additional support. It was shipped in a cardboard envelope. Very happy with this seller and their communication. I would contact them again for help in finding Japanese products.

Thank you! Item came very fast, seller had great communication and sent extra pictures. There appears to be a slight crack within the stone of the pendant but very unnoticeable. For the price, I can't complain too much. Other than the slight crack, everything else looks great and this seller was just so nice the whole way through, I'd feel bad leaving a neutral review over something so small. Thank you for all of your help. Would recommend this seller!
