Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 01473 276431 - Lines are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 4pm.
 
 
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
 
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.
 
Important Note: The guarantee specifically does not include faults caused by accident, poor maintenance or misuse. If you need to make a return, you must contact us first so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Items not returned via our returns process will not be authorised or credited or replaced.
Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
 
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

    Great little fryer. Nothing else quite like it.

    When you're looking for a compact 1.5 litre, all stainless steel fryer which comes apart for easy cleaning, doesn't have a horrible teflon coated pan and is small enough to make it economical to a use quality frying oil in small batches this, as far as I could find, is the only product available on the UK market to tick those boxes. There are other cheap fryers out there which have: Teflon coated pans (Bad for your health when heated and liable to scratch off) Hidden heating elements making it impossible to use hard oils such as coconut. Zinc or chrome coated fryer baskets which will eventually go rusty esp in the dishwasher. This fryer heats up quickly, is of fairly solid construction with good non slip feet and easy to clean.     Deep Fat Fryer that Could land you in Deep Water!

    Instructions give a recommendation that only cooking oil is used for best results, but when the one received was used with Branded New Spry Crisp and Dry the element overheated and the oil caught fire. This caused the overheat feature to kick in, and rendered the item unuseable. So for looks it scores well, for compactness it certainly is, but for operation, well it leaves a bit to be desired!

    Excellent Fryer

    So much better than those smelly, greasy abominations made by Tefal and others. This machine can be emptied of oil and thoroughly cleaned, making the house and kitchen a much sweeter place to be.
