Seller’s information was comprehensive, measurements accurate, pictures clear so cannot fault that. My only feedback is to consider responsible pricing. I was foolish to pay so much for a used coat, already creased as seen in photos but totally crushed in transit (and scrunched tissue still in pocket(). It needed dry cleaning at £20 extra cost.

You've paid very little considering the new price and quality. Go to M and S and have a look at their prices now! A long Marks and Spencer Overcoat, which is two thirds wool and with a cashmere lining would cost several hundred pounds new. The Jacket was shown in the pictures as clean, so you needed simply to iron the wool on a cool setting, to remove the creases. It was always likely transit would add creases. Even Charity Shops don't sell cashmere lined wool Jackets at miser prices anymore.
