I was disappointed, because when the item arrived, although it may have been new, it was an unused item from some good few years ago and the accessories were missing from the box. The seller's advert said no returns, but when I sent a request for a refund, although he agreed, he wasn't very polite. EBay had to make sure that I got my refund. So, buyer, beware.
