We are not happy with this supplier as we contacted them 3 weeks after the purchase of this laptop bag, to say that it had broken (first strap then zip) but we were not offered a refund or a replacement. Instead we were offered £3.00 in compensation! This then went up to £5 but it is not good enough. We were then told that we had gone over the 4 week time scale, so we came out of this with nothing except a broken, unusable bag.
