Really awful customer service. First of all the mattress we received wasn’t the one I ordered. The Mattress turned up broken, all springs had came off, they said they’d send someone out to fix the issue and they didn’t do that. I asked eBay to step in and now they are expecting me to drop a mattress to a post office to return? It’s ridiculous. They’re now ignoring all communication with me and I’m still left with a £250 broken mattress we cannot use. Extremely disappointed.

Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. Ordered the three seater and two seater, both are amazing quality, I am extremely happy. Had a call to say when would be delivered, called me before they delivered, two exceptionally polite men delivered the items. Took the wrapping off, built them up for me and removed rubbish. Only took them about ten mins if that. I would highly recommend this company, the care they took was amazing. A++++++++++ thank u so much for a perfect service.
