Pros - polite communication, low prices, generous discount offered for damaged book. Cons - very slow communication which tends to be generic and promises much but delivers little, heavy book was sent in a jiffy bag and arrived damaged, had to get Ebay involved to action the promised partial refund. Summary - 'pile it high and sell it cheap' organisation which is unable to provide efficient customer service and makes the mistake of not packaging books correctly. Will not buy from them again.

Decent map
This map is pretty good. It’s heavy and goes not feature any camp sites we have ever been to which surprised me. Slightly disappointed because less sites on it than I expected but otherwise a good map.

I was amazed how heavy this map book was, not very good for a 70 year old navigator with arthritis in her hands! The content of the book was very good, although I am not very good with maps, my husband was very impressed!

A really good Road Atlas
The scale of 1.5 miles to the inch makes it great for navigation down to the last detail, my only gripe being it lists all the Camping and Caravan Club Sites but why not the Caravan and Motorhome Club Sites too.
