Courier chosen for delivery was a joke. As no one was in they threw the parcel over a six foot fence into the back garden. My partner arrived home and found the parcel soaking wet from the rain which had soaked through to the product box with was bent and soggy in places. Not ideal considering this wasn't a cheap item and is for a Christmas present
