False advertising. Ordered silk pillow cases very clearly advertised in the sale. Received 100%polyester pillow cases as seen on the labels. On highlighting the issue with the seller they seem to think £2 and most recently an offer of £4 refunds will resolve the issue. I have asked them for my order and what they want to do now only to find an out of office response saying they are out of office with yesterdays date showing?
