Brilliant
Hard to fit without massively dismantling the machine but doable. Trick is use a wrench handle or something similar to move the drum away from the spindle and slip the old wheels out and the new one in. Once you do one side, the other is easier. One small problem is you might need a couple of washers before putting the wheel on as they are not exactly the same so the 'spokes' catch on the housing. When I first fitted them they made a rasping sound as they caught against them. But they are plastic and as I thought correctly after a few minutes they smoothed themselves down and no more noise. A bit of forethought by me and a couple of washers and I would not have had the problem. Overall though, great product, great delivery and considering they are half what Beko wanted, a great price.Hard to fit without massively dismantling the machine but doable. Tricky to fit but worth the effort and they work really well.
Both of our rollers had shed their rubbers and the drum was banging around horribly. I fitted 2 new rollers and the dryer is as good as new. The missus says it's quieter than it ever was! As someone else suggested, you need to pry the drum back from the front plastics to get the pulley on it's spindle. I even had to remove a few carefully chosen screws to loosen the chassis up. Not the easiest job, but cheap, effective and well worth the huffing and puffing. Both of our rollers had shed their rubbers and the drum was banging around horribly.
