    Sound outstanding

    Sound is outstanding when you adjust the app to your listening. I had not heard before certain instruments and the base is just right and the stereo effect is brilliant. I had before not going for these as reading about them but in the end, I am so glad I did. I had to use the big earpiece and was blown away at the sound. Just get the app as this does help and wow never will I change these.

    Poor connection capability

    The product has far too many connection problems. It requires an app to be connected to a mobile device. Virtually can be connected to a PC but this results in many faulties, like losing connection between the two earplugs or missing connection after PC standby or reboot. It simply doesn't work well for a PC, which was the reason of purchase for me. The android app doesn't work too. The bluetooth setting of my Samsung S10 mobile says the E8 Beoplay needs an app to connect. The app cannot find anything. Terrible, horrible purchase!
