for the reason i want to keep my 100% feedback i charged the mp4 for 2hrs 30mins and it came back low battery,to be honest it would not work in any condition,i tried for 4 days and even left it in with a ashop that deals with these and they said it would not work also when charging the line that you connect to the mp 4 and the laptop it was very warm,its one of these things,i will have to take it on the chin as the box was put in the bin by mistake by my wife.
