Terrible service! The package was sent with cheap regular mail instead of Royal Mail signed For, and never actually arrived. It was marked as "delivered to safeplace" by Royal Mail but completely unclear where it was delivered to. Instead of admitting the mistake and agreeing to a refund, seller tried sending me on a goose chase and I had a lot of difficulty communicating with him in basic English language. Ebay ultimately refunded me after I presented the obvious proof from RoyalMail.

Best laptop you can get for the price - Great for light duties / web browsing / word docs / youtube.
I didn't expect much from this laptop, especially for £230 & it being refurbished, but I was pleasantly surprised. The condition was good, with a few marks and a couple of scratches. It was only 6-7 months old and still has warranty. The screen is bright and adequate with anti glare (nothing amazing). The keyboard is pleasant to use. The touchpad is fast, responsive and accurate (after updating all drivers and changing to the most sensitive setting - it was awful before updating everything!). Battery life seems OK, getting about 5 hours. It never gets hot while using it. Design wise it is all plastic, but feels solid and is very light as a result. The charger is tiny with no 'brick' like most laptops. Webcam is quite poor, but does the job just to show your face. Overall I would recommend ...
