Seller said he paid correct rate & would refund me if his error. His Small Parcel was 2cm too big in one dimension so a Medium Parcel so extra cost paid. Seller refused to refund me £3 that I had to pay to retrieve the parcel & said the PO is wrong! Light sent was not the same design and looked nothing like the EBay image. Did get cost of light back NOT postage.

Sadly customer wasn't happy with his purchased. Offered him to return it and I will pay the returns postage and give a full refund which is what I did. The correct postage was paid and accepted at the post office as royal mail postmasters check the weight and details to insure the correct fee was paid before accepting the parcel. Disagree agree with this feedback as it is unfair but accept it. Thanks.

A good, inexpensive kettle.
I've found Russell Hobbs to be a sound and consistently good maker of kitchen appliances and this kettle is a sound buy. It is nice looking, (I had the black one) with a mix of mat and shiny surfaces, a comfortable handle and easy to fill and pour. It boils water faster than my last kettle (also from the same maker) and I find, it is quieter too. Finally the 1 to 3 cup markers are accurate. Russell Hobbs Kettle
Great wee kettle. What looks like a small kettle definitely is not it has great capacity just like the bigger models. Boils really quick. Easy grip handle which is great for me as I find it hard to grip things. I would recommend this kettle to anyone who needs a stylish and easy to use kettle.

Great features and looks good in kitchen.
It is to replace an existing Russell Hobbs kettle that we were extremely satisfied with. Although only used for a month or so its qualities are just as good as the previous one. Fast boil, easy read measure view and comfortable grip.

Simple easy to use kettle.
Very pleased with this kettle, boils quickly and no splattering out of spout when pouring boiled water, as my old kettle used to do, very dangerous. Does not take up too much space on work top, left and right handed when on base.
