There can only be positive and negative afraid this seller makes into the negative for the service .Item seems ok not used yet but delivery is awful took a week to arrive, sent a long winded explanation for being late.. my reply. Whatever

Item been posted on 2nd day after buyer paid for it and buyer didn't paid any extra for next day delivery service and choose FREE postage. Sometimes it takes longer time to deliver item not like it states on eBay 2-3 days. After buyer contact us, we gone to the drop off point find out what exactly happen and why it still haven't been delivered. So in the shop we found that parcel fall down behind the shelves. We offered buyer full refund and keep item which buyer refuse to accept.
