There is a bit of misadvertising because they said they sold half sizes but they don't (hence 3 stars for description). The return address was China, but once I got in touch via Ebay to say I wasn't happy with the original purchase, they were happy for me to return the shoes to the UK (at my own cost) and they sent me a pair of shoes in a size 5 (originally was sent size 4 instead of 4.5). The shoes are really comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Great customer service, quick delivery too.
