Purchased an item that arrived quickly but not as advertised and unfortunately didn't work. I contacted seller and sent item back by tracker with royal mail, after a few days I heard nothing and contacted again. He said he hasn't received item and asked for tracker number, I sent a picture from the royal mail showing it in his hand. That was 40 days ago and I still haven't received my refund despite 3 messages or any contact back from seller. Awful experience

Buyer attempted to open a return request 40 days after the purchase. They didnt return the item and failed to provide tracking on request. In the end they forced ebay to refund them with no proof of any item sent back.
