Item arrived in a thin bag so item box torn was and damaged (was meant to be for a gift!). The Bluetooth remote was missing. When I queried this I was told it doesn't come with one despite "with Bluetooth remote for camera phone" being the item's description. I was refunded but am always weary of sellers who list one thing and send another. Won't be using again. If you're feeling brave enough to use them, make sure you ask about item and packaging. Good luck.
