The seller first shipped out the fan which was received sooner than expected. Unfortunately when I came to install it the laptop (HP 470 G5) would then not boot up. This was mentioned to the seller and he immediately sent out a replacement that has been fitted and worked fine. Average temperature of my CPU went down from 98°C to an average of around 58°C - Very happy with the product and service.

    Poor quality product

    Arrived damaged. Company offered a reasonable partial refund. However, when the furniture was assembled faults were found. Screws not long enough, holes didn't match up. The worst fault was that the legs on both chairs were different lengths causing them to rock from side to side.
