The seller has got his comparison sizes all wrong. I take size 9 boots (EU 43) and ordered that size. I received size 12 (EU 47) but the seller advertised his size 12's as EU 43, which were far too big. I pointed out the mistake and he was happy to send me a new pair and said I could keep the originals. However, as I had already sent the originals back, he refunded me in full. An honest mistake on his part and full refund given.

Package didn’t arrive in time (I left it a bit late to order), though delivery timeframes given were unusually long considering dispatching from and shipping within the UK. I had emailed to enquire about faster shipping and was advised it was not possible - so that’s unfortunate.
I returned item for refund and received refund without any issues.

The item was described as Size 45, UK Size 8. It was about an inch longer than a UK Size 8. Seller had said they would accept return and send a smaller size. They did not do so. They canceled the purchase and refunded me what I have paid for the shoes. However, I ended up having to spend £6 min packaging and postage for the return. So I get no shoe and insure a £6 loss, and the seller is adamant they have the right size conversion!
