The seller refused to deliver the item after the auction and decided to cancel the order, perhaps because I win with a low bid? It has been reported to eBay since this goes against the policy. Do not trust this seller.

The auction was cancelled in error and was simple human error. Feel negative feedback harsh. I would have sent the sale out if I could have reversed it. Buyer didn’t give me a chance to respond to query and reported me to eBay. Lots of my auctions are low bids. To err is human to forgive divine.
