The purchase disappeared with the courier for well over 2 weeks after they received it.The seller tried very hard to track it down via the courier & they kept me updated to alleviate any misunderstanding as to where the purchase had gone but in the end ebay refunded the total cost as no one knew where the purchase had disappeared to and ebay refunded all the money & the seller left a message to say if it should turn up then I could keep the item as a bonus.Today, over 2wks later it turned up.
