Have been ordering the frozen food for my dog several times and it always came on time or earlier. The food itself is wrapped well, very realy comes partially defrosted. The polystyrene box is most of the time damaged, so sadly can't recycle. My beastie likes the food and doesn't upset her sensitive tummy.
