Sadly the item was squashed in the post and the box was damaged. Also, the box had a large unpeelable sticker across the front which was not listed in the description. On contacting the seller, a partial refund was quickly offered. Overall, a good transaction and a very good seller.

Item didn’t come in the box like in photo. Came in what looked like a bubble wrap sleeve. Messaged seller and they sorted everything out for me as I was upset about not having a box. Chainsaw was sliding about in packaging. Apart from that everything appeared to be okay.
