Negatives: The case does not offer much protection, and one of the ‘ears’ snapped off in transit. Attempting to tune it to the tuning suggested in the booklet (slowly, over the course of a day) led to the top two strings snapping (thankfully it came with replacements). I am tuning down a minor third now which is better. Positives: an inexpensive starter instrument, with a good tone for what you pay. Has a good amount of room for both hands to pluck the strings and to attach a wrist strap.
