We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.
 
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
 
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.

Title of the goods remains with KMS until payment is made in full.

    An Office Dream Seat !!!!

    Chair was Easy to assemble and the vibration and heating worked very well. Massage is rather gentle and soothing. Materials seem to be good quality but obviously time will tell if it will last. Casters allow easy movement. Reclining mechanism is rather stiff but assume it will loosen up with use. Looks good and is comfortable. Is it a dream seat, well no, but quite good for the price.

    Nice design???

    The pictures look very nice. Nice design. Reality is different. This is not leather. Sewn very crooked. Apparently sitting on it comfortably. I did not check because I did not get the screws to assemble it. I did not check the massage because I did not get a remote control. Installation instructions below criticism. Poorly packed - not protected against damage in transport. I suggest another item description: '' Cheap. Cheaply. Cheaply. Made in artificial leather in China. Use in dark rooms for no longer than two years'. Many people will buy it and nobody will feel cheated.

    Nice chair but NOT leather as described

    This is a nice, comfortable chair and looks very stylish. The massage function works well. Only disappointment is that it is definitely NOT leather as described. Underneath the chair it is possible to see a bit of the reverse of the "leather" which clearly has a nylon fabric backing. It is a synthetic PVC type material but is of a good quality so we have not bothered with the trouble of returning it. However, very naughty to describe a product as something which it is not and people should be aware of this before purchasing.

    Great features

    At last I have found a good office chair. Good seat position. Back adjusts well and just the correct height. The rubber wheels are great as they glide over a carpet easily unlike other wheels.

    Great item, and good quality.

    The item arrived in super quick time, well done! The chair is very good quality and for the larger person (or anyone else) strong and sturdy its comfortable to sit in, and the massage and heat functions work really well, with a nice remote pouch attached to the chair for easy access. To the person who said it doesn't tilt back YES it doe's the button on the right near the remote operates this function. But it doesn't state this anywhere in the instructions, which are very sketchy at best. Anyone with a small amount of common sense will have no problems assembling this lovely chair.I think price wise, yes, its a decent deal.
