Good item. Pity it only has one shelf and a tray with no grilling mesh inside it. Grilling an item is very difficult. You have to put the item on a shelf and put the tray underneath. The distance between the wires of the shelf is quite wide and sausages fall through. I can't see why they couldn't have just provided a grill pan / tray with the mesh inside for grilling. Doesn't make sense. I bought two extra trays from a different supplier. Its not AO's fault its a Hotpoint design issue.
