Badly packed, 8 tins in my order, 6 arrived so severely damaged they were unusable. The other two, mildly damaged. Seller offered me £5 on a £38 consignment. He wanted them back before refund, despite photo. Hugely inconvenient.

This is not how we want any of our customers to receive their goods. due to damage we offer £5.00 but customer wants full refund and keep the item for free so we offer free return and still left bad feedback can't understand.
