The keyboard arrived dirty on arrival, has damage and doesn't type well. I tried reaching out for a solution and I got a basic troubleshooting tutorial. This is my first transaction with the seller, and honestly the product description was very misleading compared to how the product arrived. Be careful and DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller if you CANNOT risk your TIME and MONEY. Shipping was decent in time but way too expensive in general, but doesn't excuse the faulty product.

We are a mom and pop shop, we don't manufacture the keyboards. We shipped you a open box new keyboard directly from an authorized Amazon vendor. If the product was faulty, we offer free returns for items that don't work properly. We offered our best advice but we can only do so much if you are unwilling to return the item. We responded and shipped quickly for you. You dont wish to return and without it I can't test or refund you. We are proven sellers and do everything for our customers!
