Although the manufacturers had failed to include manual etc with the Russell Hobbs microwave which wasn't in perfect condition, and the biscuit tin etc set was quite small and not airtight, the sellers response to my complaint and his service was excellent. He did his best to compensate for the manufacturers failures. Everything came from Amazon Warehouse meaning the amazon prime delivery service was way better than Hermes who often fail to deliver within E.D.D.'s or Royal Snail.

 fake advertising, you never send you the same thing when you put it the picture and the models  I know so you don’t send you the complete set. You will keep promising you. You will send you. You never sent and also don’t trust him. He’s a fake advertising. Is not exactly the same thing when he put the picture and the name and the website.
