Just like the previous buyer I expected to receive a plant that looked like the picture. I accepted an offer and asked seller to send the plant in pictures 1-4. I was sent a tiny plant. The roots were very fragile and had been taped down to the box. The top of the plant broke off and flailed around the box. Seller gave me a refund and didn't want to spend any money to get the useless plant back. Totally disappointed.
