So ebay ordered me x2 of my x5 disc order i only wanted 5 x disc for £10.92. So i messaged seller straight away to be ignored till next day when ordered had been picked packaged and diapatched with tracking number!! then they reply what can we help u with!!!! lmao very poor customer service to say the least. I could of bought 10x disc for £17.95. Now £22 and 1 lot of postage cost to urself : ( Enjoy ur penny's you won't get any more from me eva.

Customer placed two orders in error. We dispatched the orders same day with tracking information. Customer messaged the next day asking to cancel one of the orders. However, because they had already been shipped and collected by Royal Mail cancellation was not possible. Both orders track as delivered safely. We offered a free returns label but no response from customer. We were fair and helpful, I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave negative feedback after we fulfilled your order correctly.

Versatile machine
I am using this machine as a dust extractor with a table top circular modelling saw. It is efficient but a little noisy in a small space. It is very light and uncomplicated so very good for car cleaning with plenty of accessories for small nooks and crannies. I have not used it for liquids at present but it should be very useful especially as it blows as well as sucking. For the price a handy uncomplicated machine.
