Missing items - console was good and delivered promptly, but 6 games were missing, seller had 3 to replace and offered alternatives for the other 3 (although ps1 rather than ps2 games), which I accepted. When received, again was a wrong game in box, so wasn't even checked prior to sending. Requested small refund for missing game (£2) - Seller won't resolve other than full return as he says he will resell and is already out of pocket. This is because of his own mistake
