I ordered an item listed as ‘brand new’ meaning unopened. What I received was an opened product in a scruffy box, labels missing and an instruction booklet that had seen better days and was discoloured meaning this was an opened and used product. I messaged, to get multiple rude messages back. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a return label. Eventually I have got one after opening a case with eBay. Wish I had read other reviews similar to mine, I advise you not to use this seller.
