The Tap Adapta was an original Lakeland product that had possibly been a return or had the packaging damaged, but the item we received was in perfect condition, with all the washer adaptors, but not in its original packaging.
Fitted perfectly without the need for a washer and performs brilliantly. Just be aware that no returns are accepted, so be prepared for the possibility that the goods may not be perfect and there would not be a refund. Great value in my specific case
