Advertised as 48 hr delivery, I didn't receive the item until nearly 2 weeks later. Customer service is EXTREMELY poor, I informed that that I had yet to receive the item, no apology, and just generally impolite. The phone itself is fine, but if I had known it would have taken that long I would have chosen another supplier. So don't be fooled by the 48 hr sales pitch. They lie.

this was not a lie at all, was delayed due to easter weekend. and was dispatched with the 2 days that we have to dispatch. items do not always get dispatched same day
