The banner is as described and very beautiful. The seller dispatched very quick and on time but unfortunately the courier company for their own reasons delayed the delivery and delivered to me after the day of the party. Even though that issue was out of seller’s hands the seller was very kind and helpful to resolve this issue and refunded me the full amount of the banner as I couldn’t get to use them.
