Exactly as described. Works without issues, reads discs just fine. Shipping time was excellent, actually arrived ahead of time. Shipping cost was actually higher than the cost of the drive itself, but guess it couldn't be helped. I never needed to communicate with the seller but since eBay doesn't have a N/A option and I don't want to damage the seller's reputation I gave it a 5.
