Product was fine but can only assume seller was angry about my negotiating a 15% reduction since I was buying 2 finials. Paid at 6 am Wed, Nov 22, before Thksgvg, not shipped until Mon, Nov 27. I messaged on Sun but no reply or acknowledgment. Charges extremely high shipping fee $25 for a 17oz package from San Fran to St Louis. Weighed it when it arrived - cost less than $10 commercial to ship ($13 retail but doubt that’s sellers cost). See pics for item and packaging.
