Kindly contacted seller upon purchase (a week in advance) that the item was needed for a particular date (in one week’s time). The item was unfortunately sent a bit late and, therefore, did not turn up in time. As item has not been out of packaging, a polite message was sent to the seller stating that the item did not arrive in time and, therefore, could it be returned in the original unopened packaging at the buyer’s expense.
The seller replied that it was ‘in the lap of the gods’.
